We’re excited to announce an upcoming ASI Range Officer Training! If you’re interested in certifying as an ASI Range Officer, here are the details:

  • Date: January 5, 2025
  • Time: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Location: Interlake Sporting Association ASI Club Affiliation Number 1717
    • Address: 13633 NE 97th St, Kirkland, WA 98033

Training Overview:

  • ASI Range Officer Training combines classroom instruction with hands-on experience.
  • Students must pass both components to be certified.
  • You’ll run the timer, handle scoring, manage shooters, and respond to simulated unsafe behaviors.
  • Dress appropriately—the training includes an outdoor range portion.
  • Class size limit it 17. 

Requirements for Participants:

  • Maintain a current ASI membership.
  • Have participated in at least three ASI matches (or have instructor approval).
  • Obtain a recommendation from an ASI club contact.
  • Return the ASI Range Officer training application.
  • Bring a class fee of $20 (due by the start of class).
  • Successfully complete the RO training class.
